I look forward to your initial no-obligation enquiry. I am happy to do an introductory lesson to help you decide if you want to commit to a term.
One of the highlights of my tutoring was receiving a call from the mother of a student I had been tutoring for two terms. Her son was struggling with General Mathematics in Year 12, getting results between 30-50%. He also did not like the subject very much and therefore did not put sufficient effort into his studies. I got a call before Christmas 2004 and was delighted to hear that he received a mark that was a big surprise to himself and that his parents were very happy to see. She also told me it was the highest mark of all his HSC subjects. To me this news was the best Christmas present I received that year and was happy to be part of the journey where a successful outcome was achieved.
One of my students called me on 19/12/2006 to let me know his mark in Mathematics (2 Units). He received 62.3. He said "I am very happy with it. Aiming for over 60 was very high considering past scores. Thank you very much for teaching me Maths and most of all about the abilities of the mind when responding to a challenge and pressure. I feel confident that this wisdom was the reason for my improvement. Thank you and Merry Christmas."
It counts for nothing if a person knows many things
but doesn't live by what he knows.
For knowledge has no other point to it
than that a person may become good as a result.
